Solar Construction Manager III

We are seeking an experienced Solar Construction Manager III to join our team at IEA Constructors LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing the overall construction project(s) from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the construction project team to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Seven years of experience in solar or EPC construction industry, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
