Solar Construction Manager III Job Description

IEA Constructors LLC is seeking a highly skilled Solar Construction Manager III to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' requirements are met, projects are completed within assigned schedules and budgets, and all work is performed in compliance with our safety and procedural policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, plan, and manage the overall construction project(s) from inception to completion.
  • Ensure the client's requirements are met and projects are completed within assigned schedule and budget.
  • Oversee construction workers and their supervisors, including other Construction Managers.
  • Coordinate activities of Construction Managers, Foremen, and/or construction trade workers in one or more occupations, as well as suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and direct the progress of the construction site.
  • Determine labor requirements for project.
  • Monitor budget project costs to ensure project costs are within budget parameters.
  • Ensure production schedules are maintained to measure time, production, and meet requirements of project.
  • Monitor compliance with set regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Seven years of Solar or EPC construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
