Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at MasTec Renewables. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from acquisition through pre-construction, execution, and close-out.

• Lead project teams through all phases of the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
