Job Overview

Vaughan Automotive - Toyota of Boerne is seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our collision center, you will play a critical role in ensuring that repairs are estimated accurately and delivered as promised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed damage estimates for customers using industry-standard procedures.
  • Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly to identify areas requiring repair.
  • Estimate repair costs and anticipate the time needed to complete the work.
  • Monitor repairs as they are made and track costs, labor, and materials.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and communicate actions within the dealership and collision center.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers.
  • Computer-aided estimating skills, including Microsoft Office and Xactware.
  • Research and apply OEM repair recommendations.
  • A people-focused mindset and passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
