We are seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse Specialist to join our team at Bandera Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Bandera, TX. As a Treatment Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering resident-specific care focused on maintaining and improving skin integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. You will collaborate with physicians and other licensed nurses to develop and modify treatment regimens to meet residents' physical and psychosocial needs while adhering to established medical practices and regulations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive work environment that offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
