Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our R&D Software Engineering team in Andover, MA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, security, and reliability for our cloud-based platform.
About the Job:In this position, you will translate requirements into solutions using Jira and Confluence as our main planning and collaboration tools. You will also provide expertise in incident response and participate in on-call rotations. Your responsibilities will include managing Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized workloads in a distributed environment, implementing, supporting, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD, and configuring and managing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the infrastructure and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate requirements into solutions using Jira and Confluence
- Provide expertise in incident response and participate in on-call rotations
- Manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized workloads
- Implement, support, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Configure and manage monitoring and alerting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on automation, reliability, and security
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Native Software Development
- Hands-on experience with configuration and maintenance in Azure or AWS
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, containerization, and orchestration
