About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Arrow ECS. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in building influential customer relationships and creating selling opportunities within specified strategic customer accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Salary: $134,900 - $185,432 per year

Location: Downers Grove, IL

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a strategic account management role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
