About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our ecommerce programs, including Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, and other related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train associates supporting ecommerce programs, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet store associate needs.
  • Assign duties, provide feedback, and communicate goals to associates to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and ecommerce program guidelines.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Lead and participate in teams, using and sharing resources, information, and tools to determine customer needs and business priorities.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
