Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the assembly and production of electronic components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, kits, and modules according to specific written instructions, wiring lists, and diagrams.
  • Verify and inspect products to ensure conformance with requirements and perform rework as needed.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations in the build of electronic assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniques.
  • Cross-train in other assembly positions and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • SMT setup experience.
  • Solder experience.
  • Conformal coat experience.
  • Bonding experience.
  • Flow solder experience.
