The Player Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This position involves assisting patrons with various financial transactions and managing their information for Players Club accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates the conversion of Video Lottery Terminal tickets, Keno/Sportsbook tickets, and chips into cash for guests, as well as processing coin exchanges and poker withdrawals.
- Handles Global Cash checks, personal checks, and traveler's checks while adhering to strict identification protocols.
- Distributes revenue banks for Food & Beverage, Hotel, Bingo/Keno, and cash wallets to Slot Attendants.
- Accurately executes transactions, online accounting tasks, and necessary documentation.
- Delivers exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and entering guest data into the Players Club database.
- Processes box office ticket sales through the Star Tickets Plus system and assists with VIP Special Events and concert bookings as required.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Player Services area, oversees inventory, and requests supplies as necessary.
- Implements marketing promotions in line with approved promotional guidelines.
- Adheres to current departmental policies and procedures, staying informed of any updates.
- Communicates property-wide promotions, events, and programs effectively to other staff members.
- Informs guests about Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing initiatives.
- Safeguards the assets of Three Rivers Casino Resort and balances the assigned bank.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Team Members may encounter secondhand tobacco smoke while performing their duties, particularly on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate but can occasionally escalate to higher levels for brief periods.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to 8 hours.
- Must frequently carry, reach, twist, bend, and squat.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum age requirement for this position is 21 years.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Six months of cash handling experience is preferred.
- Must comply with Title 31 requirements.
- Basic understanding of computer programs, including all Windows applications, is required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Must pass pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on departmental needs and special casino events.
