We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Crew Chief/Cleaner. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for leading a crew in providing top-notch cleaning services after fire, smoke, water, and construction damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cleaning professionals in providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies to ensure optimal results
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary training and equipment to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards are met

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the cleaning or restoration industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
