Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Janesville Subaru. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and contributing to a positive work environment.

About the Position

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including some evenings and rotating Saturdays. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and exceed expectations in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
