HVAC/Refrigeration Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Skookum Contract Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R systems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC/R field, preferably with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • EL-06A HVAC specialty electrical license preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
