Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and achieve financial objectives, ensuring profit targets are met or exceeded.
  • Utilize the Front End Alignment process to define, assess, and synchronize project scope, resources, and compensation prior to proposal submissions.
  • Engage in proposal development and participate in client interviews.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
  • Maintain monthly Net Operating Revenue (NOR) variance below 5%.
  • Create and uphold a comprehensive work plan to achieve project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure team accountability for assigned tasks and project milestones.
  • Guide clients through decision-making and design processes, securing their buy-in.
  • Produce high-quality documentation with a Quality Assurance rating of 4 or higher, while keeping change order percentages at 2% or lower.
  • Adhere to JLG processes to ensure documentation meets both JLG and industry standards, as well as relevant codes and technical requirements.
  • Ensure that all documents are well-coordinated and align with project objectives and outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving project goals, budgets, and timelines for projects with construction budgets of $10 million or more.
  • Strong verbal, graphic, and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced understanding of building codes, architectural science, and JLG standards and processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the architectural business and construction processes necessary for budgeting, planning, delivering, and leading projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current architectural licensure and NCARB certification.
  • Proficiency in Revit software.
  • Proven success in managing projects with construction budgets of $20 million or more.
