Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve financial objectives, ensuring profit targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilize the Front End Alignment process to define, assess, and synchronize project scope, resources, and compensation prior to proposal submissions.
- Engage in proposal development and participate in client interviews.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
- Maintain monthly Net Operating Revenue (NOR) variance below 5%.
- Create and uphold a comprehensive work plan to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Ensure team accountability for assigned tasks and project milestones.
- Guide clients through decision-making and design processes, securing their buy-in.
- Produce high-quality documentation with a Quality Assurance rating of 4 or higher, while keeping change order percentages at 2% or lower.
- Adhere to JLG processes to ensure documentation meets both JLG and industry standards, as well as relevant codes and technical requirements.
- Ensure that all documents are well-coordinated and align with project objectives and outcomes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated success in achieving project goals, budgets, and timelines for projects with construction budgets of $10 million or more.
- Strong verbal, graphic, and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced understanding of building codes, architectural science, and JLG standards and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the architectural business and construction processes necessary for budgeting, planning, delivering, and leading projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current architectural licensure and NCARB certification.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Proven success in managing projects with construction budgets of $20 million or more.
