Job Overview

The Grady School is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for our students. You will also provide direct supervision and support to our team of Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and re-assessments as needed
  • Develop, write, implement, and update treatment plans
  • Evaluate students progress and make changes to interventions as needed
  • Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Washington (or ability to become licensed prior to start date)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working with autistic individuals
  • Experience working in a school setting and/or collaborating with special educators, speech therapists and occupational therapists
