The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Concierge to join our team. As a Residential Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our residents, ensuring their every need is met with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and coordinate resident services, including package delivery, mail, and other requests.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to enhance the resident experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and activities to provide residents with insider knowledge and recommendations.
  • Utilize technology to efficiently manage resident requests and services.
  • Work closely with the Residences Management team to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury residence or hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
