Job Summary:

Our home care LPNs use cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home.

Responsibilities:
  • Client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes
  • Follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and our policies and procedures
  • Provide one-to-one care with patients in their homes
  • Enjoy a truly patient-centered focus

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing
  • Licensure as an LPN in the State of Georgia
  • A minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred
  • Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
  • Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications
