We are in search of a proficient Software Engineer specializing in Golang to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a crucial contributor to our engineering department, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and overseeing backend services within a microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, architecting, and producing efficient, reusable, and dependable Golang code for backend services
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and implement new functionalities
- Enhancing performance to guarantee efficient and high-throughput services
- Engaging in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Addressing and resolving production challenges across various services
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development
Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in designing and constructing backend services using Golang, especially in a microservices and cloud-native environment
- Strong understanding of cloud-native concepts and experience deploying applications on cloud platforms
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

- Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka
