Unit Overview:

Sodexo is on the lookout for a Clinical Dietitian to join our team. This role will involve working across various outpatient and inpatient settings, ensuring comprehensive nutritional care.

Compensation Package:

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Benefits Include:

  • Reimbursement for professional dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal.
  • Three weeks of vacation, eight holidays, and three personal days each year.
  • Support for continuing education opportunities.
  • Annual tuition reimbursement of up to $5000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nutritional assessments and care for a diverse patient population.
  • Provide coverage every fourth weekend across hospital services.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including patient satisfaction evaluations.
  • Educate interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and nursing staff.
  • Mentor dietetic interns in their professional development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Registered Dietitian credentials with a valid license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Compensation Philosophy:

Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as per the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).

For those eligible for the registration exam:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as per ACEND guidelines.

Credentials:

Must meet the eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) and achieve registration within 120 days of employment. State certification/licensure may be required at the time of hire.

Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience as a practitioner, capable of working with minimal supervision.
