About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at MGO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day full-charge bookkeeping functions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly bookkeeping activities for assigned clients.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, anomalies, and non-routine items.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts.
  • Prepare schedules and reports as requested by clients and managers/partners.
  • Deposit accounts receivables into client bank accounts.
  • Handle client payroll and book journal entries.
  • Assist accountants with tax return preparation and generate 1099s and W-2s for clients.
  • May work directly with Partners to resolve client issues.
  • Take full ownership of assigned clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports.
  • Prior experience in business management is preferred.
  • May be required to be a Notary Public.
