Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a physician practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient administrative services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of administrative and clinical functions
  • Manage and resolve administrative issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration
