Job Summary
Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will work closely with families to provide comprehensive services and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans for children and families, utilizing a parent coaching model and collaborating with community providers.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and home visits to ensure continuity of services and provide service coordination to assigned caseload.
- Participate in child groups, parent groups, and center visits to promote family engagement and support.
- Collaborate with medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers to ensure comprehensive care for children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, utilizing computer-based technology and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education, or child studies.
- 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to use computer-based technology and a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
