BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in Montgomery County.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight.
  • Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients' conditions.
Requirements:
  • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
  • Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
