Home Health Care Specialist Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) to provide compassionate care to patients in Montgomery County.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes
  • Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
  • Perform client assessments, provide education, and monitor patients' condition
Requirements:
  • Active and current RN license in PA
  • WOCN certification required
  • At least one year of nursing experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred
