Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Elm Terrace Gardens, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Lansdale, PA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering nursing care to patients, diagnosing and establishing treatment plans, and monitoring patient symptoms and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care to patients
  • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Administer medications and wound treatments
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
  • Supervise LPN's and CNAs

Requirements:

  • RN license in good standing in the state of PA
  • Manager experience preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to provide excellent care

Elm Terrace Gardens is an EO Employer-Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.

Shift Details:

  • Overnight shift - 12 hours each shift - 7p-7a
  • Saturday and Sunday Evenings (7pm to 7am)
