Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment, and delivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
  • Develop and update project schedules
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Knowledge of financial acumen required
  • A deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
