Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team as a Caregiver and Community Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide supportive care to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to thrive in their communities. This is a part-time position, working onsite.

About the Role

">

As a Caregiver and Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence and community engagement.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $18.50-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
