Caregiver - Community Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Transportation and support out in the community for outings/field trips, medical appointments, and shopping
- Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation, household cleaning, and medication administration
- Provide guidance on developmental goals such as community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities
- Support individuals with living skills like personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
- Work with diverse needs including developmental, behavioral, and mental health supports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 5 years of caregiving experience can substitute for education
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful clearance of background checks
- A reliable and responsible attitude
- A compassionate approach and commitment to quality
