Job Title: Release Train Engineer

Join C4 Technical Services as a Release Train Engineer and lead our Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver value to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating ART events, processes, and improving efficiencies in delivering value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ART and serve as a coach/mentor to Scrum Masters
  • Facilitate ART events and processes
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, and manage risk
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART
  • Plan for and facilitate PI planning events
  • Summarize Team PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects
  • Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex technology transformation programs
  • Agile experience/certifications required, SAFe experience/certifications strongly preferred
