Conifer Park is seeking a skilled Utilization Review Specialist to join our Inpatient Business Office team in Glenville, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating changes in patient authorization requirements, performing authorization tracking and follow-ups, and providing necessary communication between the clinic and insurance companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate changes in patient authorization requirements
  • Perform authorization tracking and follow-ups for designated sites
  • Provide necessary communication between the clinic and insurance companies
  • Obtain and document authorizations and support documentation

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's Degree
  • Current CASAC, CRC, CWS, or NCC certification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in case management, utilization management, or chemical dependency
