Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Patient Service Specialist (Medical Front Office Receptionist) to join our team in Cedar Park, TX. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patients for discharge, including preparing charges, collecting payment, and issuing receipts
  • Monitor patient flow and keep patients and families informed of wait times
  • Provide quality customer service and treat all patients with respect and dignity
  • Ensure the clinic and front reception area are running smoothly
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and think critically in a fast-paced environment
