Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. This individual will be responsible for the design, planning, selection, installation, development, improvement, qualification, and validation of manufacturing equipment, processes, systems, and components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment
- Conduct equipment installation and validation
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment, process, and validation needs
- Write and maintain documentation, including SOPs and process specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of industry experience in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits
$35-45/hr, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
