Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and presence throughout the property to deter and prevent security incidents.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, including but not limited to, theft, assault, and property damage.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our patrons.
  • Prepare and submit detailed incident reports in a clear and concise manner.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
  • Assist in emergency situations, including but not limited to, medical emergencies and evacuations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of guest service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of security-related experience preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry strongly preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain CPR/AED certificate and pass Blood Borne Pathogen training.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications to compose clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
