We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our patrons and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of visibility and presence throughout the property to deter and prevent security incidents.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, including but not limited to, theft, assault, and property damage.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our patrons.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Assist in emergency situations, including but not limited to, medical emergencies and evacuations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of guest service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of security-related experience preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain CPR/AED certificate and pass Blood Borne Pathogen training.
- Knowledge of computer applications to compose clear and concise reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
