We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group USA. Key Responsibilities
  • Determine workload requirements from catering orders and meet with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner
  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations
  • Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
