Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the commercial cleaning industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation within the commercial cleaning sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for their facility maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals, effectively communicating the value of our cleaning services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for business growth within the commercial cleaning market.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities and manage client information efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth within the commercial cleaning sector.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote company products or services, focusing on the commercial cleaning industry.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the service industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry and its market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning is preferred.
