Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Lead Technician to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Quality Control Lead Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our low voltage solutions installations and providing training to our technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field quality control inspections to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Perform quality control on multiple clients' installations
  • Train subcontractors and technicians on theory and practices for reliable quality installations
  • Install and service work on customer sites, based on schedule
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Management Team(s), Resource Center, and Service Center
  • Act as point of escalation for clients; resolve issues where possible, otherwise escalate to Supervisor and Project Team(s)
Requirements
  • Experience with Low Voltage Solutions (Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Fire/Burg)
  • Ability to travel to support client business
  • Willingness to work on long-term projects over multiple weeks at a time
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
