Automotive Office Manager

Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hyundai is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join their team.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a proven accounting background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to supervise accounting personnel and receptionists.
As an Automotive Office Manager, you will work closely with all departments to analyze financial records, reconcile floor plans, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, and finance reserves.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Analysis: Ensure accuracy, taxes are properly paid, product and income are properly documented, and all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile floor plan, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, and finance reserves.
- Leadership: Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary.
- Reporting: Reports directly to the Controller.
- Accounting Background: Must have a proven accounting background as an Office Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise accounting personnel and receptionists.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, but a degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: An estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
