About the Role

Cedar Point is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Collaborate with our IT team to design and implement network solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that our network infrastructure meets the highest security standards and complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Project Management: Lead projects related to network infrastructure, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our IT team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our network infrastructure meets the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in network infrastructure and technical leadership.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, layer 2 and layer 3 devices, and other related technologies. Microsoft and CompTIA certifications are preferred.
