Job Title: Orthopedic Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pre-Admission Testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of patients from admission to surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-admission testing and assessments of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education to promote optimal outcomes

Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree (BSN or ADN)
  • 1+ years' experience in pre-admission testing, pre-op, PACU, or critical care
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • BLS required, ACLS and PALS highly preferred
