Role Overview:
As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) in accordance with state and federal regulations. Your role will involve providing direct care to residents, ensuring their quality of life in a homelike setting, and offering support to families and visitors.

You will maintain professionalism while collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN) with a valid state license
- Must be an RN with experience in MDS 3.0 and skilled nursing
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ideally, two or more years of experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Knowledge of Medicare, RUGS, and relevant state and federal regulations
