Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure timely and comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for each resident.
  • Provide education and training to staff on the RAI process and its importance.
  • Assist with the development and utilization of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
  • Valid RN license in good standing.
  • Experience in a Long Term Care facility.
  • MDS credentialing.
  • Nursing degree preferred.
