Lundbeck is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of people with neurological and psychiatric diseases. We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Director Global Patient Safety to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the safety profile of assigned Lundbeck products according to FDA and global regulatory Pharmacovigilance guidelines.
  • Develop and implement risk minimization strategies and take accountability for the medical-scientific content in Risk Management Plans.
  • Provide medical safety input into the design and conduct of pharmacoepidemiology and observational research studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global medical safety processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Accredited MD/DO with 5+ years of drug safety experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data to make sound medical interpretations.
  • Excellent working knowledge of local and global regulations/guidelines in pharmacovigilance and risk management.
  • Ability to work well with modest supervision in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $240,000 - $280,000.
  • Eligibility for a 25% bonus target based on company and individual performance.
  • Eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
