  • Evolve the team operating model to enable strategic planning, simplify processes, and improve quality and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional business operations meetings to troubleshoot and address variances to target.
  • Drive daily monitoring of business performance across the organization.
  • Coordinate and run business cadences, including Weekly and Monthly business reviews.
  • Maintain a repository of competitive intelligence and stay informed of the latest trends.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Commercial leads and customer research teams to conduct customer research and identify future growth opportunities.
  • Manage a team of 3 direct reports.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven success in operating roles in consumer products.
  • Experience building and running business operations teams.
  • Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple dashboards to derive business insights.
  • Ability to convey important messages in a concise manner.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity in a new and expanding area of the business.
  • Ability to ramp up on new areas of responsibility quickly.
  • Ability to think strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial insights to validate and inform future opportunities.
  • Prior experience leading teams.
  • Ideal candidate has financial services expertise and experience scaling a product from early stage to high growth.
