We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Group Support Coordinator to join our team at Capital Group. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to multiple executives and senior leaders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
- Coordinate complex calendars, prepare documents for meetings, and make travel arrangements using Concur.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft skills, including Outlook and other productivity tools, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating a collaborative and considerate approach to work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the growth of the team.
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives and senior leaders simultaneously.
- Financial services industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft skills, including Outlook and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and considerate approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
