Responsibilities

Supports the Executive Director and/or Sales and Marketing Manager in all facets of the community's sales and marketing initiatives. Provides administrative and clerical assistance while coordinating various functions to enhance the community's reputation.

Handles incoming calls, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate personnel; makes outgoing calls as needed.Welcomes visitors, assesses their needs, and connects them with the relevant team members.Facilitates community tours for potential residents and their families, promoting the community positively and conveying the organization's values.Prepares, edits, and disseminates various documents including correspondence, reports, and presentation materials as requested.Compiles data for regular reports as required.Maintains filing systems and copies correspondence and other documentation.Enters and manages new leads in the marketing database.May represent the community at marketing and outreach events as needed.Assists in planning, coordinating, and setting up events.Engages in community outreach efforts.Completes all necessary documentation as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Issues are typically resolved with clear, detailed instructions or by consulting a supervisor. Knowledge and Skills Possesses basic skills and can follow written or verbal instructions. Has fundamental technical skills to perform a few repetitive and well-defined tasks. Familiarity with the organization is necessary to answer basic inquiries.
