The Maintenance Technician at Village Green plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently completing work orders and special maintenance projects
  • Addressing plumbing and electrical service requests
  • Executing apartment turnovers, which encompass plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance servicing
  • Providing exceptional service to residents with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues
  • Responding promptly to service requests and emergency situations
  • Maintaining the exterior of the property to enhance curb appeal
  • Performing housekeeping tasks and snow removal as necessary
  • Conducting maintenance on pools, spas, and related areas when applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality sector or multifamily housing is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency in computer usage
  • Extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and painting is essential
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Certifications and licenses in plumbing, contracting, or building maintenance are advantageous
  • Willingness to be on-call and flexibility to work weekends is appreciated
