Job Overview

Rabine America Maintenance LLC is seeking a skilled Line Striping Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with the painting of various pavement marking surfaces, lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading construction supplies, and operating and maintaining all striping equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the application of pavement markings to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow
  • Operate and maintain striping equipment, including crack fill machines and other specialized tools
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to OSHA Safety Standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with the crew to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in pavement marking or line striping
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and load construction supplies
  • Pass a background check and drug test
