The Senior Capital Projects Manager will play a pivotal role within the corporate engineering division, driving North America's supply chain objectives for significant capital initiatives.

This position entails overseeing a portfolio of capital projects, facilitating long-term project planning, budget management, compliance oversight, scheduling, operational support, and managing third-party project assistance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead extensive capital projects while adhering to a structured project work process (PWP) through various project phases, ensuring deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role may involve supervising third-party engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and contractors as needed.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Corporate Engineering teams to foster a culture focused on environmental responsibility, employee safety, legal compliance, and community engagement.
  • Maintain control over project performance by monitoring budget adherence, schedule commitments, and quality benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management
  • Professional Engineer licenses
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical)
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in industrial or engineering settings
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering or packaging engineering
  • Proficiency with technologies such as AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of blending and packaging equipment, including mechanical and control systems
