Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn hotel. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Confirm phone and online reservations, providing accurate information to our guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and complaints, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Collect payment from departing guests, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of occupied rooms and guests, facilitating seamless communication between departments.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests, providing personalized attention to their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (US).

Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
