About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our therapy team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform restorative functions with residents under the clinical supervision of the MDS coordinator, MDS assistant, or designated licensed nurse.
- Assist in the provision of quality, resident care activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Complete assigned non-skilled activities under supervision.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with residents.
